'Hills' reality show to restart filming

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 3 (UPI) -- MTV in New York is preparing to start filming the second season of "The Hills," which finished its first season with star Lauren Conrad in an interesting fix.

Conrad had just turned down an internship with Teen Vogue in Paris, moving in with her boyfriend instead, the New York Post reported.

"We'll start shooting right away because you don't want to potentially miss cool stuff that's happening in these people's lives," Executive Producer Tony DiSanto said.

DiSanto said it isn't possible to know what might happen in the second season because the stories evolve from the actors' lives.

"We're just going to have to see how it plays out," he said, "but I think it's ripe for drama and interest."
