NEW YORK, Aug. 2 (UPI) -- Supermodel Christie Brinkley met with her estranged husband and his parents at the couple's estate in New York's Hamptons, it was reported Wednesday.

Brinkley, 52, told the New York Daily News she did not want to comment on the meeting with Peter Cook, adding, "I just don't want to fuel this anymore."

The meeting reportedly lasted less than 15 minutes and Brinkley left the $22 million estate in her tan Lexus sport utility vehicle, the newspaper said Wednesday.

She returned within the hour, however, and presented a New York Daily News photographer with a box of sugar-free-popsicles saying: "Here, this is a little gift for you," "I want you to take this. It's very, very hot out."

Brinkley then pointed to a handwritten note nestled inside the box that read, "Sorry you have to do this on such a hot day!"

Sources told the Daily News Brinkley will most likely divorce Cook, who admitted to having an affair with his 19-year-old assistant.
