Mom Penny Lancaster cried over babe

LONDON, July 10 (UPI) -- British Model Penny Lancaster,35, said she cried daily after giving birth to her first baby with rock star Rod Stewart.

Lancaster gave birth to Alastair last November following a 13-hour labor.

Lancaster said sleep deprivation and raging hormones brought her to tears when she'd see Rod cuddling the baby, the Mirror reported.

"I remember writing in my diary after three weeks 'Today I didn't cry," Lancaster said.

Even Stewart, 61, became emotional during the baby's christening in Edinburgh.

The 6-foot-1-inch model who has gone up to a size 12 dress size after breast feeding,said, " What's more important, getting slim or feeding Alastair?"
