SANTA MONICA, Calif., July 7 (UPI) -- Michael Jackson, appearing on tape in a California lawsuit, says he was stunned when he saw a video of his former video producer directing a gay porn film.

Jackson's image was projected on a 4-foot-by-4-foot screen in a $1.5 million breach-of-contract suit filed by his former producer, Marc Schaffel, in Santa Monica Superior Court, the New York Daily News reported Friday.

The pop star said in a sworn testimony, which was filmed in London's Dorchester Hotel in September and May, that he told his advisers to sever all ties with Schaffel as soon as he found out that he used to be a gay porn film maker, the newspaper said.

"I was shocked by what I saw. ... (Schaffel) was directing two guys," Jackson said. "They were naked from head to toe ... and he was telling one what to do with the other and he grabbed their penis or something."

Jackson had a house full of heterosexual porn magazines and DVDs when it was searched it in November 2003 before his arrest on child molestation charges, the Daily News said.
