Michael Jackson going back to court

LOS ANGELES, June 18 (UPI) -- Pop singer Michael Jackson will soon be back in a Los Angeles courtroom to defend himself against a $3.8 million lawsuit from one of his former producers.

Marc Schaffel, a former porn film producer, has filed suit to collect salary, loans, proceeds and expenses he alleges Jackson owes him, the New York Daily News reports.

Jackson initially responded to the allegations by launching a countersuit against Schaffel, claiming the former producer kept proceeds from the charity single "What More Can I Give?" along with over $250,000 worth of Jackson's artworks.
