Will Smith nervous about daughter dating

LOS ANGELES, June 9 (UPI) -- Hollywood actress and "One Tree Hill" star Sophia Bush will play one of the leads in an upcoming remake of the 1986 film "The Hitcher."
Zachary Knighton of the short-lived TV show "Life on a Stick" has already signed on for the project, Zap2it.com reported.
In the original film, a young man is pursued by a homicidal hitchhiker. There is speculation that the remake will be about a young couple under duress.
Sean Bean will play the crazed hitchhiker, with music video director Dave Myers taking the helm.
Plans call for an April 13, 2007, release.
