Bad omen for 'The Omen'

WEDNESFIELD, England, June 8 (UPI) -- A British screening of Hollywood's remake of the 1970s' cult movie "The Omen" erupted in violence, leaving several theatergoers with minor injuries.

Police were investigating how an argument between two members of the audience escalated into a brawl at the cinema in Wednesfield, West Midlands, the Sun reported Thursday.

The scuffle took place Tuesday on June 6, or 6/6/6 the symbolic date made famous in the original horror film.

Two people were treated at an area hospital for minor injuries.
