Pam Anderson goes down in Canadian history

TORONTO, June 5 (UPI) -- Pamela Anderson has been given a spot in the Canadian Walk of Fame with other stars including Alanis Morissette, Jim Carrey and Kiefer Sutherland.

She looked gorgeous in a floor length black dress for her induction, HelloMagazine.com reported Monday.

Anderson had a busy weekend as she also was the host for the Toronto Fashion Cares benefit for AIDS wearing a dress with a much lower neckline.

The actress and former Playboy model had been lovingly dressed by design duo Dean and Dan Caten, who make up Dsquared2. The twin brothers couldn't resist escorting her personally, in matching scarlet jackets, bow ties and jeans, HelloMagazine.com said.

Brendan Fraser was also honored at the Toronto ceremony. After posing with the members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Brendan said the officers had taught him the proper way to salute. "It's slow up, quick down," Fraser said.
