Will Smith nervous about daughter dating
LONDON, June 2 (UPI) -- Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards has recovered from his head injury and is ready to resume the delayed concert tour with the veteran British rockers.
The European leg of the Stones' "A Bigger Bang" tour is now "full speed ahead," the 62-year-old rocker is quoted as saying by the BBC.
Richards injured his head April 27 when he fell from a coconut tree while on vacation in Fiji. He was rushed to a New Zealand hospital with a concussion and later underwent surgery.
"Excuse me, I fell off of my perch," he said. "Sorry to disrupt everyone's plans -- but now it's full steam ahead," Richards said.
The tour resumes July 11 in Milan, Italy, and moves on to Austria, Germany, France, Holland, Switzerland, Portugal and Spain. Several shows that were postponed during Richards' recovery have yet to be rescheduled.
