HONOLULU, May 31 (UPI) -- McFarlane Toys is making 6-inch-tall talking action figures based on the ABC "Lost" characters of Jack, Kate, Hurley, Locke, Charlie and Shannon.
The dolls look like the actors that portray each character and the phrases they utter are also in character, such as junkie rock guitarist Charlie, who even sings a song by his band, Driveshaft, the Honolulu Star-Bulletin reported Tuesday.
McFarlane has vowed to make only one production run of the dolls, making it likely they will someday become collectors' items.
If the name McFarlane sounds familiar -- the company is run by Grammy and Emmy Award-winning producer/director Todd McFarlane, the creator of "Spawn" comics.
The figures will be sold in all the usual retail outlets as well as online in the $14.99 to $19.99 price range.
