LOS ANGELES, May 4 (UPI) -- The film adaptation of Maurice Sendak's classic book "Where the Wild Things Are" will feature the voices of Benicio Del Toro and Michelle Williams.

Michael Berry Jr., Paul Dano, Tom Noonan, Catherine O'Hara and Forest Whitaker are also on board for the Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures project, The Hollywood Reporter said Thursday.

The story of a boy who runs away from home and finds himself in a forest of "wild things" will be created for film via live-action puppetry and computer animation by director Spike Jonze ("Adaptation," "Being John Malkovich").
