Luke Perry charges woman with harassment

LOS ANGELES, April 18 (UPI) -- Former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star Luke Perry has filed suit in Los Angeles against Liz Perry, a woman of no relation who he accuses of harassment.

Perry is seeking an order of protection for himself as well as his children, Jack, 8, and Sophee, 5, "Entertainment Tonight" reported Tuesday.

The request does not specify what Liz Perry allegedly did, but says their "children attend the same school," "ET" reported.

A hearing on Perry's request for a restraining order was scheduled for Friday.
