Cars and stars line up for 'Redline'

LOS ANGELES, April 11 (UPI) -- Hollywood stunt coordinator-turned-director, Andy Cheng, has grabbed Nathan Phillips and Eddie Griffin to star in his auto thriller, "Redline."

NBC's "Days of Our Lives" star Nadia Bjorlin also appears in the film and The Fugees Wyclef Jean is providing the score, The Hollywood Reporter said Tuesday.

Former real estate investor Daniel Sadek is putting up $26 million to finance the film and using his personal car collection in action sequences as well, The Reporter said.

Viewers will see Sadek's Phantom, Lamborghini Murcielago, Enzo Ferrari, Ferrari F430, Ferrari Scaglietti and two McLarens, among others.

In addition, he has approved the destruction of his two $200,000 Porsche Carrera GTs for the sake of art.
