Jagger and Co. not bothered by censors

SHANGHAI, April 7 (UPI) -- Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger says a request by the Chinese government to cut five songs is "not really an issue."

Officials have asked the Stones not to play "Rough Justice," "Brown Sugar," "Honky Tonk Woman," "Beast of Burden" and "Let's Spend the Night Together" during Saturday night's concert in Shanghai, the BBC reported Friday.

"Fortunately, we have 400 more songs that we can play so it's not really an issue," Jagger said.

The group had already planned to leave the four older songs off the set list because the request was made before their aborted concert three years ago, the BBC said. That show was canceled because of the SARS outbreak.
