Knight stands to lose Death Row Records

LOS ANGELES, April 3 (UPI) -- Death Row Records co-founder Marion "Suge" Knight may lose his rap label after skipping another Los Angeles court hearing about his assets.

Knight has repeatedly snubbed the court's order to reveal his assets in an effort to settle a $107 million judgement awarded to Lydia Harris, the estranged wife of imprisoned Death Row co-founder Michael Harris.

After Knight's latest failure to appear Saturday, attorneys for Lydia Harris said they would ask that the label be put into receivership so its music catalog -- including songs by Tupac Shakur, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg, among others -- could be auctioned off to meet the judgement, allhiphop.com reported.

Lydia Harris was awarded the judgment because Knight ignored legal inquires about the case, missed court dates and failed to reveal his assets.

Harris, who is serving 28 years for drugs and attempted murder, and his wife filed the initial suit against Knight in 1997 claiming they were owed millions in profits from the label.

Knight has countersued for $106 million, claiming Harris was blackmailing him and that he used Death Row to launder his drug money
