LONDON, March 2 (UPI) -- Britain's Queen Elizabeth has knighted jazz musician John Dankworth and honored actors Robbie Coltrane and Imedla Staunton with Orders of the British Empire.
Coltrane, from TV's "Cracker," and Staunton of "Vera Drake," will share the big screen again in the next "Harry Potter" film, the BBC reported.
"Once you've been doing anything for 25 years people start to notice you," joked Coltrane, 55.
Staunton, 50, called her OBE "a great shock."
"When I got it I thought, 'Why have I got that?'," she said.
Dankworth, 78, celebrated his knighthood by playing his saxophone outside Buckingham Palace, the BBC said.
