LOS ANGELES, March 9 (UPI) -- An episode of "Everybody Hates Chris" directed by creator and executive producer Chris Rock is going to air in April on the WB.

Rock is directing the April 13 episode written by Felicia D. Henderson, in which the young Chris decides his only way to escape class bullies is to get expelled from school, MediaWeek.com reports.

"Saturday Night Live" alum Tim Meadows guest stars as the teacher.

It will mark Rock's first attempt at directing the show loosely based on childhood.
