'View' co-hosts defend S.E. Cupp over Hustler photo

LONDON, March 9 (UPI) -- Kate Moss has been named Britain's best-dressed woman but the Duchess of Cornwall -- criticized in the past for being frumpy -- also made the Top 10.
King Kong star Naomi Watts was No. 2 on Tatler magazine's list for bringing "natural grace to the red carpet," the Daily Mail reported Thursday.
Former model Yasmin Le Bon was fourth on the list, followed by artist Tracey Emin at No. 5, "Pride and Prejudice" star Rosamund Pike at No. 6 and rock offspring Peaches Geldof at No. 7.
The biggest surprise and makeover in recent years is the ranking of the former Camilla Parker-Bowles at No. 10, the newspaper said.
Tatler described Prince Charles' wife as the "new royal fashion icon" who "is suddenly stunning."
