LOS ANGELES, March 8 (UPI) -- Actor Brad Renfro was ordered jailed in Los Angeles Wednesday for his third arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Renfro was sentenced to 10 days in jail and ordered to attend an alcohol treatment program under the plea agreement in Los Angeles Superior Court, TMZ.com reported.

He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and other charges, including driving with a suspended license, were dismissed.

Refro had two prior DUI convictions, one as a juvenile and one as an adult.

He was in Los Angeles Superior Court only two days earlier, when a judge sent him into the country's drug rehab program for heroin possession charges.
