Steven Culp returns to ABC in 'Traveler'

NEW YORK, Feb. 27 (UPI) -- Actor Steven Culp, who was killed off ABC's "Desperate Housewives," is returning to the Alphabet Network in the pilot, "Traveler."

Culp, who played Rex Van De Kamp in the hit Sunday night show, told Monday's New York Daily News that he passed on several roles that encompassed "a married guy having sexual problems with his wife."

"Traveler" is a thriller that opens with the bombing of a New York City art museum, the Daily News said.
