Prejean almost walks out on Larry King

BURBANK, Calif., Feb. 16 (UPI) -- The Walt Disney Co. Thursday signed figure skater Michelle Kwan to a multiyear contract as its celebrity spokeswoman.
Kwan, of Torrence, Calif., pulled out of the 2006 Winter Olympics because of a groin injury.
Disney said in a news release she will become part of the company's ad campaign for a variety of products as well as participate in promotions, public service announcements and make personal appearances on behalf of the corporation.
Kwan holds 43 skating titles including five World Championship wins and two Olympic medals.
She starred in the the TV special "Reflections on Ice: Michelle Skates to the Music of Disney's Mulan."
