Jack Black is the Kids Choice

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 7 (UPI) -- "King Kong" and "School of Rock" star Jack Black has been tapped as host of Nickelodeons' 19th annual Kids' Choice Awards.

"I have a lot of secret plans for when I host the awards, but I can tell you I'm going to bring the super-duper, freaky-deaky, ultra-clowny super dance," Black told E! Online Tuesday. "But that's all I'll say."

Other multiple nominees include Will Smith, Mariah Carey, Green Day and "Harry Potter," both the book and the film.

Voting begins March 6 via Nick.com with the ceremony slated for April 1 at UCLA's Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles.
