Farrell fights sex tape Web sales

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 11 (UPI) -- Actor Colin Farrell and his former girlfriend, Playboy Playmate Nicole Narain, have asked a federal judge to stop Internet sales of their sex tape.

Farrell had filed suit against Narain seeking to have her banned from selling the tape herself, but now it appears the tape has gotten into the hands of others -- who are offering copies of it on the Web for $14.95, the New York Daily News reported Wednesday.

"We're extremely upset," Narain's lawyer, Leodis Matthews, told the Daily News. "This is a black-market release. Nicole is not getting a dime from this. We're outraged -- $14.95 is a ridiculous figure."

Matthews said he and Farrell's attorney, Martin Singer, asked a federal judge in Los Angeles to shut down dirtycolin.com, which is reportedly registered to a person in Coral Gables, Fla.
