NEW YORK, Jan. 10 (UPI) -- Former Walt Disney Co. Chairman and CEO Michael Eisner is host of a new bimonthly, prime-time interview show for CNBC, it was announced Tuesday.

"Conversations With Michael Eisner" will air on CNBC, CNBC Europe and CNBC Asia, CNBC President Mark Hoffman announced.

The show will focus on recogizing and nurturing new talent and fresh ideas, TVWeek reported on its Web site.

The show will be taped at NBC's Studio 8H, which is the longtime home of "Saturday Night Live," TVWeek noted.

"I am very excited that in my circle of life, I am returning to the same NBC studio where I was a page for the 'Tonight Show With Johnny Carson' in the 1960s," Eisner said in a statement.

A launch date for the show has not been set.
