LOS ANGELES, Dec. 29 (UPI) -- Actor Brad Pitt's paparazzi problems don't seem to be abating as a new letter threatens legal action if pictures of him on his balcony end up in print.

Pitt is not believed to be nude in the photos, but publicist Cindy Guagenti told TMZ.com the actor is on the warpath because the shots were taken illegally on his Los Angeles property.

Pitt's lawyer John Lavely has warned publications they will be sued if the photos are published.

Pitt won a suit he filed against Playgirl in 1997 for publishing nude photos taken by a paparazzo. The magazine had to recall of the offending issues, TMZ.com noted.

Earlier this year a photographer was arrested when he was found hiding on the Canadian set where Pitt was filming "The Assassination of Jesse James by the Robert Ford" class="tpstyle">Coward Robert Ford."
