Rare rock memorabilia for sale online

NEW YORK, Dec. 11 (UPI) -- Michael Jackson's "moonwalk" boots, Madonna's "Like a Virgin" gown and John Lennon's silver baptismal bracelet are part of the biggest rock auction ever.

A total 1,400 items are under the virtual hammer via ItsOnlyRocknRoll.com, the New York Post reported Sunday.

Jackson's boots are priced at $10,000, Madonna's dress at $5,000 and Lennon's bracelet at $7,000.

The sale also includes the "Magical" decal from the side of the Beatles "Magical Mystery Tour" bus with a starting bid of $6,000.

On the macabre side, Jerry Garcia's prescription Vicodin bottle starts at $900 and a tile from the pool where Rolling Stone Brian Jones drowned is priced at $250.

The auction closes at 6 a.m. Saturday.
