Tia Carrare gives birth to daughter

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 30 (UPI) -- Hollywood actress Tia Carrere and her British photojournalist husband, Simon Wakelin, have welcomed their first child, it was reported Wednesday.

Daughter Bianca was born in Los Angeles in September, the couple announced this week, People magazine said.

Carrere, 38, met Wakelin in London and they married on New Year's Eve 2003.

The actress provided the voice of Nani in Disney's "Lilo & Stitch" animated films and also starred in the "Wayne's World" films as well as "True Lies" and "Zombie Nightmare."
