Spike TV revives NBC's 'Amazing Videos'

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 30 (UPI) -- Spike TV is reviving the old NBC series, "World's Most Amazing Videos" with original host Stacy Keach, it was reported Wednesday.

The cable network has the rights to the 26 episodes NBC aired from 1999 to 2001 and is producing 26 new hourlong episodes, Daily Variety reported.

"Amazing Videos" features 15-18 clips of rescues, shootouts and explosions as well as assorted oddities.

The show sparked numerous water cooler discussions during its NBC run for a video of a zookeeper with his head stuck up an elephant's behind, Variety noted.
