LOS ANGELES, Nov. 29 (UPI) -- ABC has decided its sitcom "Hot Properties" isn't so hot after all and declined to order any more episodes past the current 13.

Nine episodes have already aired and the network says the show will play out its remaining installments through December, Zap2it.com reported Tuesday.

"Hot Properties" stars Gail O'Grady, Nicole Sullivan, Sofia Vergara and Christina Moore as partners in a New York real-estate agency.

ABC hasn't announced the show's replacement yet, but Zap2it.com said the network could decide to return "Less Than Perfect" to its old time slot or plug in the new series "Crumbs," starring Jane Curtin and Fred Savage.
