NEW YORK, Nov. 28 (UPI) -- Public TV's "Great Performances" will feature a New York concert production of "South Pacific" with Reba McEntire and Brian Stokes Mitchell.

McEntire sang the part of Nellie Forbush and Mitchell was Emile de Becque in the one-night only performance at New York's Carnagie Hall this past summer, Playbill reported Monday.

The Rodgers and Hammerstein musical also featuring Alec Baldwin, Lillias White and Conrad John Schuck, will air on PBS stations nationwide in April 2006.
