NEW YORK, Nov. 22 (UPI) -- About two dozen people demonstrated outside New York's headquarters of Time Inc. to protest a Teen People profile of a musical hate duo.

Politicians and Holocaust survivors were among the demonstrators Monday who demanded the magazine pull its profile about 13-year-old twins who sing about white power, the New York Post reported Tuesday.

"They should be ashamed of themselves," New York Assemblyman Dov Hikind said. "Time should reconsider."

Teen People said it was profiling Lynx and Lamb Gaede of Bakersfield, Calif., because "reporting is one of the most effective ways to combat hate."
