Candace Bushnell goes to NBC

NEW YORK, Nov. 15 (UPI) -- "Sex and the City" author Candace Bushnell's latest book is being turned into a sitcom for NBC.

NBC Universal Television Studio has tapped writer/producer Robin Schiff to work with Bushnell on turning "Lipstick" in to a half-hour weekly series, The Hollywood Reporter said Tuesday.

"Lipstick" is about the lives of three New York women who will do anything to stay on top of the business world.
