'Scrubs' doc tapped for Spike TV comedy

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 11 (UPI) -- NBC's "Scrubs" star Donald "Turk" Faison has been tapped as host of Spike TV's "The Playbook," it was announced Friday.

The half-hour comedy series is described as the "ultimate guide for guys," TVGuide.com reported.

The show, scheduled for a Dec. 3 debut, will address topics such as sex, gambling and cars via a series of comedic vignettes.
