LOS ANGELES, Nov. 3 (UPI) -- Sonny and Cher's daughter, Chastity Bono, will be among the heavyweights battling the bulge during the third season of VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club."
Commitments for the weight loss boot camp have also been secured from Bruce Vilanch, Kelly LeBrock, Young MC, Countess Vaughn, Jeff Conway, Tempestt Bledsoe and Bizzare, "Entertainment Tonight" reported Thursday.
Bono, who once weighed more than 200 pounds, told "Entertainment Tonight" she takes after her late father's side of the family, which "has a weight problem."
As far as her glamorous mom goes, Bono said, "that's not really my look."
She said being overweight in Los Angeles makes her feel "separate and apart." But she added, she is not looking to conform to what she calls the "Los Angeles standard."
" ... I don't need to be skinny in order to be comfortable." she said. "I just want to be healthy."
