MALIBU, Calif., Nov. 2 (UPI) -- Actor Brad Pitt caught a peeping photographer trying to snap pictures of his living room through a window of his Malibu, Calif., home.

Pitt called police Sunday night and reported the trespasser, his spokeswoman told People magazine.

The photographer fled after realizing the actor had spotted him.

"This just goes to show how low the paparazzi will go trying to get a photo," Pitt publicist Cindy Guagenti said. "If they break the law, they will be arrested. This one got away but the next one won't."
