'Earl' star Jason Lee gets busy

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 25 (UPI) -- Jason "My Name Is Earl" Lee has other projects going on MTV and NBC as well as starring in the Peacock Network's new hit comedy series.

Lee's production company, Niva Films, is doing a retro-style variety show for MTV called "The Stereo Sound Agency," The Hollywood Reporter said. Lee will be one of the show's hosts as well as its executive producer.

He's also working on a drama for NBC based on British spy and club owner John Miller, who's credited with helping launch the careers of Annie Lennox and the Sex Pistols, among others.
