Lou Dobbs tapped for financial Emmy

NEW YORK, Oct. 17 (UPI) -- CNN anchor Lou Dobbs has been tapped for an Emmy honoring lifetime achievement in business and financial reporting.

The award will be given to Dobbs during the Third Annual Emmy Awards for Business and Financial Reporting luncheon Dec. 1 in New York, TV Week reported Monday.

Dobbs received an Emmy in 2004 for his "Lou Dobbs Tonight" series on outsourcing called "Exporting America."
