LOS ANGELES, Oct. 7 (UPI) -- The bejeweled bra Britney Spears was auctioning for charity on eBay reportedly ran afoul of the online auction's used underwear restriction.
Spears had announced she was cleaning her closets and auctioning off several belongings with the money to go to victims of Hurricane Katrina.

No sooner had bids for the bra Spears wore for an HBO special tipped into the thousands, than eBay yanked it from the site, citing a policy banning sales of used underwear, RollingStone.com reported Friday.
However, lawyers apparently became embroiled in the fetish debate and the bra auction was restored.
As of Friday evening, the high bid was $51,000.
