NEW YORK, Oct. 5 (UPI) -- The divorce between comedian Eddie Murphy and his wife, Nicole, is getting ugly, the World Entertainment News Network reports.
Murphy filed court papers seeking to enforce the pre-nuptial agreement the couple signed before their wedding 12 years ago.
He also requested his children be kept away from his wife's new boyfriend.
"Nicole Murphy shall be restrained and enjoined from having the children in the physical presence of Alan F. Daniels," Murphy's divorce petition said.
The couple split in August. Their homes in New York are worth a combined $37 million while their estate in Beverly Hills is estimated to be upwards of $10 million, WENN said.
