'View' co-hosts defend S.E. Cupp over Hustler photo

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 19 (UPI) -- ABC's "Jake in Progress" star John Stamos is crossing networks for a two episode guest stint on NBC's "ER."
The storyline set for November sweeps features Stamos as a Gulf War veteran working as a paramedic while he attends medical school, the Hollywood Reporter said Monday.
"I'm a big fan of the show and (executive producer) John Wells, and we have been trying to work together for a long time," Stamos said. "I appreciate that everyone was able to work it out so I could do this great guest spot on 'ER' in time to start the second season of 'Jake in Progress.'"
"Jake in Progress" will join ABC's midseason Monday lineup after "Monday Night Football" wraps up its season.
