LOS ANGELES, Sept. 13 (UPI) -- Multiple Emmy winner John Larroquette returns to his old stomping ground -- NBC -- this season for a guest-starring stint on "Joey."
The former "Night Court" star will play an actor co-starring with Matt LeBlanc's Joey in a movie called "Captured," Zap2it.com reported. The first of his two episodes airs Sept. 29.
Larroquette will guest star on Fox TV's "Kitchen Confidential" on Oct. 3 as well.
Larroquette won four consecutive Emmys in the 1980s for his portrayal of prosecutor Dan Fielding on NBC's "Night Court." He earned a fifth Emmy in 1998 for a guest role on "The Practice."
He's currently starring in the Hallmark Channel's "McBride" movies as a detective-turned-lawyer who tries murder cases.
