'View' co-hosts defend S.E. Cupp over Hustler photo

NEW YORK, Sept. 8 (UPI) -- An all-star lineup has been assembled for a concert at New York's Madison Square Garden to benefit Hurricane Katrina relief efforts.
"From the Big Apple to the Big Easy" will include performances by Rod Stewart, Elton John, Stevie Nicks, Jimmy Buffett, Lenny Kravitz, Bette Midler, John Fogerty, Loggins and Messina, and Earth, Wind and Fire.
Also on the Sept. 20 bill are New Orleans natives the Neville Brothers, Fats Domino, Allen Toussaint, the Meters, Rebirth Brass Band and the Dirty Dozen Brass Band, RollingStone.com reported.
The concert is being underwritten by Madison Square Garden, which has pledged an additional $1 million to help victims of the hurricane.
