LOS ANGELES, Sept. 7 (UPI) -- There are more "Happy Days" ahead on Fox TV's "Arrested Development," where Scott "Chachi" Baio is replacing Henry "Fonzie" Winkler in the coming season.

The "Happy Days" roots run deep on "Arrested Development," E! Online reports. Ron "Richie Cunningham" Howard produces the show and is the series' narrator.

Winkler, who has played lawyer Barry Zuckerhorn for the past two seasons is leaving to star on the CBS show "Out of Practice." Baio told E! Online his character will take over for Zukerman.

Fox previously announced Oscar winner Charlize Theron will appear in five episodes as a British woman who becomes the love interest of Michael Bluth played by Jason Bateman.

The Emmy-winning series kicks off its third season Sept. 19. Theron will make her debut in the second episode while Baio joins the story line the week after.
