LONDON, Aug. 31 (UPI) -- Actress Michelle Pfeiffer was left stranded when the car ferrying her around London was stolen, it was reported Wednesday.

The actress and her driver had left the green Range Rover for only a few minutes, and when they returned, it was gone, the Sun reported.

"Michelle was not impressed," a source told the British tabloid. "The film company sent another car to pick her up."

Police said they were investigating the theft.

Pfeiffer is in London filming "I Could Never Be Your Woman" with Graham Norton.
