FRANKLIN, Tenn., Aug. 11 (UPI) -- Legal woes are piling up for country singer Mindy McCready and she may not be able to escape jail time.
A judge in Franklin, Tenn., issued an arrest warrant for McCready late Wednesday for violating probation a second time, E! Online reported Thursday.
McCready, 29, last year was fined $4,000, ordered to perform 200 hours of community service and placed on three years' supervised probation for trying to fill a forged prescription for OxyContin.
She violated her probation in May when she was arrested in Nashville for driving under the influence and with a suspended license, court officials said.
Then she went to Arizona without permission, where she was charged with being involved in an alleged carjacking and then missed a scheduled court appearance in Tennessee last month after overdosing in a Florida hotel.
Tennessee authorities told E! McCready will not be able to post bond since this is her second probation violation and will most likely wind up in jail.
