Stars sign on for New York fashion week

NEW YORK, Aug. 8 (UPI) -- Some of music's most prized jewels will grace the Radio City Music Hall stage for New York's 2005 Fashion Rocks concert.

The lineup announced Monday will include David Bowie, Destiny's Child, Duran Duran, Gwen Stefani, Nelly, Tim McGraw, Alicia Keys, Rob Thomas, Shakira, Joss Stone, Billy Idol and Arcade Fire, Billboard.com reported.

CBS will televise the Sept. 8 concert, which will mark the final television appearance of Destiny's Child, which is breaking up at the end of its current tour.

The concert is put on each year to coincide with New York's Fashion Week festivities.
