Killers frontman gets married

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 5 (UPI) -- Killers' singer Brandon Flowers has married his longtime girlfriend Tana Munblowsky in Hawaii, his record label announced Friday.

Flowers' bandmates attended the "small, intimate wedding" in Hawaii and helped the newlyweds celebrate afterward, Island Records told MTV.

The Killers are taking a little R&R in Hawaii before the band goes back on the road Aug. 9 for a show in Minneapolis, MTV said.

The Killers also will perform live during the 2009 MTV Video Awards being broadcast live over the music channel Aug. 29 from Miami.
