LOS ANGELES, July 29 (UPI) -- Paramount Pictures Friday said Nicolas Cage, Michael Pena, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Maria Bello will star in its fact-based Sept. 11 movie.
The still untitled film will tell the true story of two New York Port Authority police officers who were rescued from the rubble of the World Trade Center in the aftermath of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

The film will portray "how the human spirit rose above the tragic events of that day," Paramount said in a news release.
Oliver Stone will direct the screenplay written by Andrea Berloff.
