Mia Tyler and drummer Dave Buckner split

LOS ANGELES, July 22 (UPI) -- U.S. model Mia Tyler has split from her husband, Papa Roach drummer Dave Buckner.

The daughter of Aerosmith vocalist Steven Tyler and half-sister of actress Liv Tyler married Buckner on stage during a 2003 Aerosmith concert in Las Vegas.

"After taking steps toward trying to improve their marriage, Mia and Dave have mutually decided that their lives are heading in different directions and they each want different things for their futures," Tyler's rep Emily Olsen told People magazine.
