LOS ANGELES, July 20 (UPI) -- Svelt actress Lara Flynn Boyle says there is way too much Hollywood press about her weight.
"I don't want to talk about that," she told "Entertainment Tonight" Wednesday. "We give it way too much publicity."
Boyle is joining the cast of NBC's "Las Vegas" in the fall, playing the role of Monica, the flamboyant owner of the Montecito casino.
"I think it takes a certain, special person to like my character Monica," she told "ET." "I think people will enjoy watching her -- I don't know if she's someone you'd want to bring over for dinner -- but I think she'll be fun to watch."
She hinted there may be some romance involved with another cast regular but declined to spill any more beans, saying "I don't want to lose this job!"
